With the care and support of the graduate school of East China Normal University, the teachers and students of the School of Communication and Electronic Engineering participated in two postgraduate professional competition, the Zhaoyi Innovation Cup 15th China Postgraduate Electronic Design Competition and the 4th National Undergraduate Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. With outstanding performance, they have won 4 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 3 third prizes in national competitions.
In the 15th China Postgraduate Electronic Design Competiton finals, the school has won 2 first prizes, 2 second prizes and 2 third prizes in the national technical category; Huawei embedded systems special tournament runner-up Grand Prize and 1 second prize; 1 first prize and 1 third prize in the business plan competition; Diao Shengxi and Wang Jing won the Technical Competition Excellent Instructor Award; Diao Shengxi also won the Business Plan Excellent Instructor. In the 4th National Undergraduate Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Finals, the school gains national first prize 1 item and second prize 1 item. The total number of awards won by the school team is among the top in China, and the school has won the Excellent Organization Award in two competitions.
It is worth mentioning that East China Normal University advanced to 7 groups with the first prize in the preliminary competition of the Shanghai Division, and all the winning teams in the national finals came from the School of Communication and Electronic Engineering.
Over the years, the school has attached great importance to the cultivation of students' innovative and practical ability. Through the establishment of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, the establishment of scientific research teams, the development of corporate collaborative education, and the hosting of professional competitions, the school has insisted on promoting teaching and learning by competition. By participating in professional competitions such as the China Graduate Electronic Design Competition and the University Student Electronic Design Competition, the social reputation and influence of ECNU and the School of Communication and Electronic Engineering have been further improved.
