Focusing on the major needs of the country and Shanghai in the key technologies of semiconductor devices and chips, scientific and technological innovation researches have been carried out in the fields of integrated circuit core devices, micro-nano semiconductor devices, integrated circuit design and EDA tools. Taking international first-class technologies as reference, while actively carrying out international academic cooperation and exchanges, the Micro-nano Devices and Chips Design team adhere to and promote independent research and development of state-owned technologies, and specific research content includes new semiconductor micro-nano structures, post-Moore core devices, 5G communication optical chips, new high-efficiency photovoltaic devices, digital/RF integrated circuit design, etc. Through close industry-university-research cooperation, the team has promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and contributed to the school's new engineering construction.
