Introduction of the speaker:
Liu Chuan, Professor of Sun Yat-sen University. He received his bachelor's and doctoral degrees from Tsinghua University and Cambridge University, respectively. Later, he worked at the National Institute of Material and Materials Research (NIMS) in Japan and Dongguk University in South Korea. Currently, he works in the School of Electronics and Information Engineering and State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Materials and Technology in Sun Yat-Sen University. His mainly research includes semiconductor materials and principles (organic and oxide semiconductors), thin film transistor preparation and device physics, printed electronic components and circuits. His research work is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Youth Fund, the Guangdong Provincial Applied Research and Development Special Project, and the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Youth Fund. He serves as an editorial board member of the SCI journal Semiconductor Science and Technology and an associate editor of the Journal of Society for Information Display.
