2019年12月19日下午三点在北京西郊宾馆第六会议室召开2019《中国通信》（China Communications）编委会会议。会议听取陆建华院士（主编）关于提高期刊质量和影响力以及期刊发展的设想,编辑部汇报2019年投审稿情况，研究编委会工作，讨论《中国通信》选题，并颁发最佳编委奖。会议上，我院乔德礼教授被颁发2019年最佳编委奖，该奖项今年授予国内10位编委，乔德礼教授为上海地区唯一获奖者。
China Communications(ISSN 1673-5447) is an English-language monthly journal cosponsored by the China Institute of Communications (CIC) and IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc) towards engineers and IT workers in industry, universities, research and development organizations and government agencies in the field of Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) all over the world.
Aiming at promoting worldwide exchange in the ICTs sector, CIC and the IEEE ComSoc are committed to publishing high-quality papers in China Communications to contribute to the global ICTs industry. The publication provides instant access to the latest articles and papers presenting leading-edge research, tutorial overviews, and descriptions of significant practical applications of technology.
China Communications has been indexed in SCIE (Science Citation Index-Expanded) since January, 2007. In addition, all articles have been available in the IEEE Xplore since January, 2013.
